consultation & design

We then set up a 30 minute design consult call. If we choose to move foward together, sasa will begin to source a few gemstone options. After sourcing and selecting the stone(s), the next phase of design includes 1-2 rounds of 3D renderings of your custom ring.

Step 3

fabrication & delivery

And now for the fun stuff! Utilizing the latest technology your custom ring is 3D printed in a castable resin. This print is then cast using traditional lost wax casting. The piece is then finished and set by hand - a perfect combination of modern and traditional techniques. The final step: slip it on your finger :)

The gemstones

All of the gemstones we source can be traced to their origin- sometimes even to the person who mined the stone!

Why does this matter? Because traceability is the best way to know our impact on the communties and planet we source from.

Our designer created sasa for everyone who is traditional, but in a non traditional way. For people who have a deep awareness for the world around them and have the expectation that ethical doesn’t have to sacrifice aesthetics.
